We would like to draw your attention to our BnB rules.
During your stay in our BnB, we kindly ask you not only to stick to the rules laid down by law but also to follow your common sense and respect the environment, the BnB staff and other guests.
The guest who, acting negligently or by improper use, causes damage to the structure, furniture or other items will be subject to a monetary penalty necessary for reparation, substitution and cleaning. In the event of misappropriation, the rules laid down by Italian law apply.
It is possible to check in from 16:00 to 21:00, save for a prior request to check in later.
We kindly ask you to communicate the expected time of your arrival and possible delays.
Once you are in Oulx, please contact us by phone at +39 388-1292693 so that we can welcome you in our BnB at your arrival.
Pursuant to the regulations in force, the guests are required to temporarily deposit their valid ID card, passport or driving licence necessary for registration upon their arrival. The failure to abide by this rule amounts to a violation of the Italian Criminal Code and authorizes us to ask you to immediately leave the structure.
The guests will have the room and entrance keys at their disposal during the entire stay, which will allow them to go out and come back whenever they wish. In the event of loss of keys, the guests will be subject to a monetary penalty.
The breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, save for a prior request to have breakfast earlier or later.
The check-out must be done by 11:00 in order to allow us to clean the room. Should the guest fail to check out by 11:00, he or she will be subject to a payment for an extra day of stay. Needless to say, the guests are welcome to deposit their luggage at the BnB after their check-out and they can freely continue their final visits, excursions or shopping.
The rooms are cleaned and other services are provided on a daily basis, including daily towel change (please leave the towels that you would like to change in the washbasin; hung towels will not be changed). Bed linen is changed every three days, save for a special request.
We kindly ask you to use the hygienic services properly and not to throw objects other than toilet paper in the WC – please use the waste basket. Please turn the lights off when you leave the room.
BnB1504 excludes any liability for any loss, theft and/or damage of your personal objects left in the room and for any injury to persons, animals or objects by and to third persons.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the structure and the room.
It is forbidden to introduce in the structure other guests not registered in our BnB.
The guests are required to report and compensate for any damage to the BnB staff.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our BnB.
BnB1504 excludes its liability for any malfunctions due to the total or partial disruption of electricity, water, gas, Internet connection independent of our will.
BnB1504 respects and protects your privacy in line with Act no. 675/96 and legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003. The information provided by our guests is processed in compliance with the Italian privacy regulations in force.
The information provided by our guests by means of our website will be used exclusively for communication of information relating to BnB1504 and will not be used for other purposes without the voluntary and explicit consent of our guests.
Before confirming the reservation, please read and accept the BnB rules.

- in the event of cancellation or modifications carried out after the date of arrival or in the event of no show, the guests are subject to payment of the price of the entire stay.
- BnB1504 excludes its liability for cancellation due to force majeure causes (e.g. natural disasters, fire, wars or other socio-political events).
